We are a genuine Livingston based local small family business.

I myself have stayed in Plover Brae Ladywell Livingston for 22 years so if your in west Lothian I have most likely been in your street before.
Born in the old part of  Ladywell in the early 70's and started my apprenticeship in Dedridge  in 1989 I have covered several areas of joinery and plumbing,
Kitchens - Bathrooms - Bedrooms - Joinery and Plumbing in all aspects.
Working as self employed for 23 years and now with my son as a apprentice himself. 
We love what we do, and it shows. We've been in the plumbing business for more than 30 years, helping people solve their plumbing issues quickly and professionally. We are BPEC licensed professionals who take pride in what they do. We're available for all your plumbing needs, from an irritating tap that leaks to full-scale plumbing installation and maintenance. 

Qualified - Insured - B.P.E.C.

I am Qualified and have AXA insurance and also hold the BPEC water bylaws.
